Who may report Code Infringements?
Any person or entity may lodge a complaint against the promotional activities of an MCA member company (using the forms provided). The MCA does not have authority over non-members of the MCA.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Executive Director who is responsible for Code enforcement and will administer the complaint resolution process: info@marketingcode.co.za
