Extension of Exemption Section 18a_18b 23 Dec 2024 – 23 Dec 2027
The Minister of Health, Dr. Aaron Motsoaledi, has recently extended the period during which all medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics are excluded from the rules set out in Sections 18A and 18B of the Medicines Act.
